RESERVE
Working Capital

$498.5K six-month operational reserve to ensure mission continuity and demonstrate grantor-required cash position.

Ongoing diver re-certification, USCG license renewals, HazMat training, and crew development — budgeted annually.

Per-operation fuel, consumables, water testing, disposal fees, and HazMat materials — tracked per recovery.
