Wrong size? We swap it free. Something wrong with it? We make it right.

Shipping
  • Ships by USPS within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after it ships.
  • Flat $8 per order. Free on orders over $100.
  • US addresses only.
  • We email you when your order ships.
Exchanges
  • Wrong size? Exchange it free within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shirts must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We send you a prepaid USPS label and ship the new size free.
Damaged or wrong item
  • Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We replace it free, shipping both ways on us.
  • Send a photo. For some items you won't need to mail it back.
Refunds
  • If the size or item you need is sold out, we refund you instead.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Everything else is final sale. No returns for a change of mind.
How to start one
  1. 01Email info@fathomrestoration.org with your order number and what you need.
  2. 02We reply with a prepaid USPS label, usually within 2 business days.
  3. 03We ship your replacement once the original is on its way back.
